San Diego Loan Signing
Welcome to Melissa’s San Diego Mobile Notary and Loan Signing! Melissa can be reached at (619) 997-1636 24/7 for any signing needs. She has been a loan signing agent for the last six years and has lived within San Diego County her entire life, making her intimately familiar with these contracts and the laws relating them to her notary work as well as familiar with all the different areas throughout the county.
Although she caters to Title Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Realtors, and homeowners most of her business comes from the Internet, although a growing percentage is from repeat business. This variety of activity has only helped broaden her knowledge into every notary area. She has an extensive understanding of the loan process from beginning to end, and is sensitive and responsive to the urgency of having loan documents signed and returned promptly and accurately, no matter the delicacy of the situation.
Here are Title and Loan companies that have been thrilled with Melissa’s professionalism, deep knowledge of loan documents and ability to complete the process through even the most challenging circumstances.

Although her rates vary depending on the situation, her basic loan package runs $100. Some areas and situation will demand more. Each set of loan documents that she needs to print will cost an additional $25. Her satisfaction rate couldn’t be higher, her price is as competitive as you could expect and she has notarized so many loans that she is so comfortable with these documents.
Be careful when choosing a loan signing agent, as there are many that are either inexperienced and might not know what is needed as well as many that will lure you in with ridiculously low quotes, only to raise them dramatically once there. Call Melissa and she will be able to tell you if her fees need to vary from the $100 over the phone. Getting you loan documents notarized is crucial to the process and having a notary that knows her profession, is reasonably priced and is very pleasant to work with will only help you during the process.
